doesn't use syncronizers. You can see the engagement hubs how they have large squarish locks to engage the gear. I think the larger number of those locks make it less prone to grinding, which is one word they avoid using and instead call it "fuss". LOL but grindage it is. That's more of an all-out race gearbox design though.. Dont expect to get 100K miles out of it by any means.
